Hi Lin,

Is there a reason for considering the Hirel device?

You could consider using the SN54AHCT123A device which is an improved version with TTL compatible inputs as compared to the LS family which is bipolar and consumes high current.

ESD is 2kV HBM and 1kV CDM for the SN54AHCT123A as listed in the datasheet.

Hi Charles,

As per the information available to me, the SN54LS123 device ESD testing has not been done, hence has been rated as Class 1( < 2kV) until it is classified.
