SN74HC08-Q1: SN74HC08QPWRQ1 pspice library model

Hi Oliver,

We had not developed Pspice library during the release of these devices, however, we are building up behavioral Pspice models currently to support the logic portfolio.

Would you/customer consider the newly released SN74HCS08-Q1 instead? These are more robust devices with lower power consumption and builtin schmitt trigger inputs. We can send out the models for these.

Yes, I have already started to change HC devices to HCS logic of my customer not to lose market share.

It seems that quadraple logics comes out first.
