Good day.

We have a customer who wants to confirm if CD4060BF3A has been screened per Mil-Std-883?
I have seen from a different post that “3A” indicates MIL-PRF-38535 but does that equates to Mil-Std-883?

Also, is there a screening report for CD4060BF3A that supports that and can be shared with the customer?

Back in 1992, "3A" indeed implied conformance with MIL-STD-883:
