Hi Jejomar,

We currently have no data on the CD40107B F package; however, the E package is rated for 500V HBM, 150V MM, and 1.5kV CDM.

If you'd like, I can have the F package tested, and this will take around 10 - 12 weeks. I would guess that the E and F packages will have similar results, as both a DIP packages.
