Currently we are using SN74ALVCH162373 (BGA microstar junior) and we received EOLA notice.

Any recommended replacement part with the similar package or nFBGA ?

That BGA package was discontinued by its manufacturer. Therefore, no replacement with the same footprint is available anywhere.

The SN74LVCH32373A uses the LFBGA package, but is probably too large for you.

You have to redesign the board.
