Greetings,

Is the tpd time of the sn74hc4060 chip fixed or jittery?

We now have a plan to use a 32,768KHz crystal oscillator to obtain a 1Hz square wave.

The SN74HC4060 chip is used.

I want to know about the jitter of the square wave after frequency division, what is the delay,

and is the delay fixed? The chip manual did not find the indicator introduction
