Hi Steve,
I feel like i came in on the end of a conversation here.
To be clear, I think you're looking for a replacement for M38510/07702BEA because you need that device and we no longer produce it. You need the replacement to meet MIL-STD-883.
Is this correct?
Do you have any additional details regarding the application? Is this a direct replacement (pin to pin only), or a functional replacement (different package/logic family is ok)? Any extra info is helpful for trying to find a replacement.
Hi Emrys,
Yes - I need to replace M38510/07702BEA - it goes on a logic board with a whole bunch of "S" logic family chips so I do not want to mix in the newer "LS" M38510 part.
I have now found that 7700401EA is a DLA specification that essentially reactivates M38510/07702BEA - and at least at one time you would produce to that.
Do you still see 7700401EA as an orderable part or is it EOL ?
Hey Steve,
Yes, the 7700401EA orderable part number is still listed as active and available to order in our system.
I would recommend reaching out to your company's TI sales rep for a quote on the device.
