VOH characteristic data
SN54LS08 operating temperature assumption: -15 to 50℃, power supply voltage：5V.
We are investigating the characteristics of VOH.
The data sheet stated that the VOH (Hi OUTPUT VOLTAGE) 2.5V(min) and 3.4V(typ).
VOH can be expected to fluctuate depending on the power supply voltage and operating temperature.
Can you provide a VOH characteristic graph due to temperature dependence and power supply voltage fluctuation? ..
