SN74HC393: ESD and Latch up data

To whom it may concern,

Please help to submit the ESD (HBM & CDM) and Latch-up resistance Test data of SN74HC393PWR.

I couldn't find that on Data sheet.

    Hello Sonoda-san,

    Latch up data can be found under the qualification summary on our quality website: https://www.ti.com/qualificationsummary/qualsumm/home?actionId=2800&partNumber=SN74HC393D

    To save you time, the quality site states that the device passes JESD78 testing for latch up.

    As for ESD testing, we are currently in the process of updating a large number of devices in the HC logic family, including ESD testing. This testing is utilizing all of our resources.

    At our current rate, we will complete approximately 100 per year, and we have several hundred devices already in the queue to complete.

    The SN74HC393 is not currently in this list, so I will not be able to provide HBM and CDM tests, at least for the next 5-6 months. My apologies for any inconvenience this causes.
