Hi Jun,
The input leakage current doesn't have any dependence on the output supply voltage, it will still be 1.5 uA max.
The output leakage is also 1.5 uA in this circumstance.
The supply current is dependent on the input conditions. If all inputs are held at the rails (0V or Vcca), then IccA can be up to 3uA max.
