Hello,

About ESD(HBM/CDM)

Regarding to ESD(HBM/CDM) on SN74HCT04DR,my customer is asking a question.

 

(Question)

According to Qualification Summary(attached file), the item of ESD(HBM/CDM) is shown as “See data sheet”.

But they couldn’t find out ESD information on datasheet.

Where does it described on any document?

Could you please confirm about it?

    Hi Tao_2199,

    This device is part of a list of devices that are currently being tested for ESD rating & have a planned update for the datasheet by the end of the year.

    I would expect the results to show 2000 kV HBM and 1000 kV CDM, however I cannot be certain until we get the testing completed.
