CD4043B: new device recommendation to replace CD4043B

Dear team,

Do we have new device to replace CD4043B? CD4043B have 4 channels, 16pin. Currently the customer only needs 3 channels, and they hope smaller package.

I didn't find other RS latch devices on ti.com. Could you please help recommend one?

All R/S latches have four channels.

Do you actually need voltages > 5 V, or the 3-state outputs?

I will check this information with the customer.

If I actually need both conditions, we only have CD4043B, right?

If voltages > 5 V and the 3-state outputs is not necessary, do we have any other recommendation?

The SN74LS279A is an outdated bipolar device, and has active-low inputs.

A R/S latch with active-high inputs can be constructed from two NOR gates, but that would not save space.
