Hello Ishiwata-san,

The minimum input voltage to avoid activating the negative clamp diode is -0.5V. This value can be exceeded so long as the current through the clamp diode is limited. You can see the expected current in the application report "Input and Output Characteristics of Digital Integrated Circuits"
