We've tested the CD4060BM96, and found the following data:

thanks for your reply, due to 500V is min requirement for ESD, 

may i know if this part can pass it and show it in D/S

if no, do we have alternative solution?

This part should pass your specification easily - however, we won't be able to update the datasheet for this device.

If you need another part that has the ESD specification in the datasheet, could you let me know what your requirements are for parts? Does it need to be P2P with the CD4060B?
