I have been given a schematic for a PCB design, which I want to model to understand its behaviour. I have been able to find SPICE models for all components in my schematic, except for one: the CD74ACT109E.
Would anyone be able to tell me whether there is a SPICE model available for this component or otherwise if there are SPICE models for other components that might be substituted for this component in my simulation? If it makes any difference, I'm using LTspice XVII.
