Hi team,
My customer is considering to use the TXS0206. Could you please help with the questions below?
1. The d/s characterize that the Ta(Operating free-air temperature) is 85degC. How about the maximum Tj(Operating junction temperature)? The customer needs the operating Tj(max) info as their company rule.
2. Do you have extended temp range device similar to the TXS0206 ? 105degC or so would be helpful.
