TXB0104: PU/PD on data lines when VCCB=0V and VCCA=1.8V

In our design, we have sleep mode implemented and using TXB0104 for voltage level translation. During sleep mode VCCB supply is turned OFF and VCCA will be ON and at 1.8V.

We wish to know, during this condition of VCCB=0 and VCCA=1.8V, what will be the level of 4 data lines on VCCA side? Is it 0V or floating?

When one supply is off, all outputs are disabled, so the pins are floating. You should add external, weak PU/PD resistors.
