This value is not provided in the datasheet, however it can easily be calculated with given values.
The best way to calculate maximum power consumption is to use your system's maximum ambient operating temperature, rather than the device's maximum ambient operating temperature. As you can imagine, the maximum operating power will be different if your maximum ambient operating temperature is 25°C versus 125°C.
Pmax(W) = (TJ(max)(°C) - TA(max)(°C)) / θJA(°C/W)
Pmax := maximum power consumption before thermal failure
TJ(max) := maximum junction temperature (150°C for standard logic devices, unless otherwise stated in the datasheet)
TA(max) := maximum ambient temperature of operation
θJA := junction-to-ambient thermal resistance
