TXS0108E: There are shocks when using TXS0108

Part Number: TXS0108E

Hi Team,

Customer uses TXS0108 to achieve level conversion. VCCA is connected to 3.3V, VCCB is connected to 5V, the OE pin is pulled up to 3.3V through a 4.7K resistor, and the circuit is used to connect the SDI-12 sensor signal (5V) to FPGA 3.3 through the level conversion chip TXS0108 V pin. He found that there was a serious shock wave. Would you share your suggestion how to resolve this case?

Thanks,

Annie
