could SN74LVC2T45 support below application.

datasheet does not show VCC could be 0. so can this application realize?

if not, what kind of our device could realize below application.

All voltages are measured relative to the GND pin. So in this circuit, as far as the chip is concerned, GND is at 0 V, and V_CCA/V_CCB/DIR are at 5 V.

This is perfectly fine, as long as the input signals are always between these two power rails.

Vin 0V. gnd -5v. it can not work. is not it?

Hey Shuang,

As Clemens stated, this is perfectly fine. However, your operation won't be bound by datasheet specs as you mentioned.
