Hi Team,

I want to find a level conversion IC, can you help me? here are my requirements:

1. OE enable control

2. open drain output

  • Hey Gust,

You may be looking for a device from the TXS family.  These are open-drain level-shifting voltage translators with an OE enable pin that can put all outputs in a Hi-Z state.

    Thanks,

    Hi Rami,

Thank you for your reply. In addition to meeting the above requirements, the chip also hopes to meet the requirements of 3.3V to 1.8V, single-level conversion(single channel). Can you recommend me a few chips?

    Gust,

The TXS0101 may be the part you're looking for. 1-bit level shifter, with open-drain outputs, enable pin and can shift between 3.3V and 1.8V. Just keep in mind that Vcca must be less than or Vccb so Vcca would need to be your 1.8V side. There's a diagram in the datasheet that would basically be your setup:

    Thanks,
    Rami
