Hi all,

facing a problem with logic ic by texas instruments , but I don't know his name ,it is a 16 pin , ground on pin 3,4,5,8,9,12,13 ,vcc on pin 16.

pin 1 connect to a resistor 20k to ground and a capacitor 10uf to vcc.

pin2,6,11,14,15 is output and pin 10 is input.

pls, help me to define this ic

    Hello,

    Can you please provide any additional information?
    Do you know what the device is doing? Can you provide scope shots of how its operating?

    Additionally, do you see any markings on the part number?

    We have a part marking lookup tool which may be able to help you out.

    Without either of these two pieces of information, it will be almost impossible to identify the IC, so please provide whatever information you have available.
