Hi Sir

Flash bootloader is fail by JTAG uniflash.

Reproduce step:

1.Launch Selected Configuration.

2. send cmd loadJSFile "C:/ti/mcu_plus_sdk_am243x_08_03_00_18/tools/ccs_load/am243x/load_dmsc.js"

3. load program " sbl_jtag_uniflash_am243x-evm_r5fss0-0_nortos_ti-arm-clang.out"

4. Run program and Erase complete Flash

5: Write File to Flash and verify

As below picture , I see "Flash success!"

6:Verifying success.

7. The bootloader is fail after changing to OSPI mode.

8. As below picture, the memory of srcAddr is zero before runging flash bootloader .

I think the bootloader file don't load into srcAddr.

9.The hex of sbl_null.release.tiimage is show as below picture.

I think the memory of srcAddr need same as hex of sbl_null.release.tiimage before Runing flash bootloader.

Could you help me check this issue?

Hi Sheng Yi,

Can you check the address 0x60000000 which is address for FSS (Flash Subsystem) instead of 0x80000000 which is DDR memory ?

Also can you check after you the flash location after you flash the SBL using Uniflash ?

I check the address 0x60000000 . But the value of address is zero before flash data into OSPI.

Hi ShengYi Lin,

Can you check after it was flashed ?

Is this TI-EVM and you have same flash for which the driver is provided OOB in MCU_PLUS_SDK ?

Hi Aakash

　　Yes, The OSPI ROM was flashed after the flash process was ran.
　　But the OSPI ROM didn't have bootloader because the file didn't load into the address of srcAddrr before flash process was run.
　　Yes,Project was ran on AM2432 TI EVM board.

Hi ShengYi Lin,

I saw, you used choose the option '3' which is Verify instead of 'Write file to flash and Verify' which is option '2'.
Can you try with that ?

Hi ShengYi Lin,

I suggest you to run QSPI_FLASH_DIAG example provided with MCU_PLUS_SDK.

This is to check there is nothing wrong with the flash. You can use NOBOOT Mode to load the example application via CCS (Debugger).
