TM4C1230C3PM: Programming issue through Tiva C Series Launchpad.

Hi 

We are using a the above part and facing issue while burning hex file to it. it shows "Target not connected". We are programming it through Tiva C Series Launchpad. It works fine with TM4C1230H6PM. Also we have programmed 1000 nos of same TM4C1230C3PM but in new lot we are facing issue. Request you to please support on priority.

    - Do you have another LaunchPad that you can use as a debug probe to program a new device? Can you repeat the same issue?

    - Do you have a debug probe such as XDS200, XDS110 or XDS100 that you can use to program the device? This is to isolate the problem if the issue is with your LaunchPad. 

    - I will suggest you check your connections between the LaunchPad and your custom board. Are they properly connected on the JTAG signals? Are they on the same common ground?

     - You said you have 1000's of MCU that were programmed successfully? Can you reprogram a few of these MCU again? Will you succeed or fail? If it fails now then it is a good indication that your LaunchPad has some issues.
