Hi Experts,

For C19 pin it has buffer type I2C_OD_FS in page 24 however the two pins (EXTINTn) and (GPIO1_70) has type as Input and Input/Output without mentioning it as open drain, so we will consider it as open drain or not? 

We saw that EXTINTn and GPIO1_70 are implemented with the I2C OD FS (Open Drain Fail Safe) voltage buffer. Does this mean this GPIO1_70 has open drain output? or the external device which will be connected to this pin

    Hello Gerald,

    EXTINTn should be considered: ID = Input, with open-drain output function

    GPIO1_70 should be considered: IOD = Input, Output, or simultaneously Input and Output, with open-drain output function.

    You are correct that GPIO1_70 has an open-drain output due to the fact that is implemented with the I2C OD FS voltage buffer.
