MSP432E411Y: UniFlash on Ubuntu 20.04 Throws Error When Trying To Program Part

I have installed UniFlash 8.5.0 on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, and while it launches and runs, if I try to program a part, as soon as I click on "Load Image",

a red error bar appears at the top of the window stating:

Error on line 10863: basic_string::substr: _pos (which is 7)

I am using an XDS110 debug probe.

This error happens if I use Uniflash (standalaone) or the Ti Cloud Uniflash. Same error.

I know I had this problem once before but I can't recall how I resolved it.

Hello,

Please provide more details. For example, what is the file type you are trying to load? *.out? *.hex? *.bin? other? If you are loading a binary, what address are you loading to?

A screenshot would be helpful. Even better, the program you are trying to load (if it can be shared).

As it turns out, the .HEX file I was trying to load was apparently corrupted in some way. A new hex file worked fine. Perhaps a less cryptic error message in tis case would help if it happens again. Due to IP concerns, I can't share the hex file.
