TM4C1294NCPDT: Does TI provide S/W that can make TM4C1294NCPDT to XDS110?

I want to make TM4C1294NCPDT as XDS110.

TM4C1294NCPDT is on my custom board, And I have a Segger J-Link Emulator.

The TM4C1294NCPDT on the evaluation board is already programmed with XDS110, so it is detected by "xdsdfu.exe" and firmware upgradeable.
However, the TM4C1294NCPDT on my custom board is currently only flashed with the bootloader, and it is not recognized as USB0.

What should I do?
