Since that is just the generic 10-pin Arm adapter you can refer to the details in this document for our TM4C Arm MCUs: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spma075/spma075.pdf

Sorry but I don't understand what you mean? TMDSEMU110-U should come with a 10 pin adapter as part of the kit.
