MCU-PLUS-SDK-AM243X: i2c Example for M4 core

Hi,

I see that I have i2c access from the main R5 cores as well as the M4 core. I see examples in the SDK for the R5 cores. I am able to build and run those. But, I would like to access i2c from M4 core and do some code for that. I do not see any examples for i2c for the M4 core in the SDK. Would someone be able to provide me an i2c example for the M4 core and a quick setup to get this working?

No problem. Looking at the SDK, there is no M4sss0-0 i2c driver examples. There are ONLY examples for R5fss0-0. I would like to know how to use the i2c ports (2 of them) for the M4sss0-0.

This is just one of the i2c examples, but all of the examples only show R5 core examples.

Hi Jacob,

I have checked the details internally and currently we do not have any I2C example for M4F core.

I have checked at my end and it seems that this feature is broken in the current SDK. I have raised an internal Jira ticket for the same and is supposed to be fixed by the next SDK release.

The SDK v10.0 was released just a month back so it will be a long wait of around 3 months for the next release. It is currently scheduled for the last week of December.
