Hi Alec,

Please refer the 5 Mass Production Instructions MSPM0 MCUs Development Guide (Rev. E) for all the options for programming or debugging of MSPM0 devices.

For debug/program, the necessary pins are VCC, GND, SWDIO, SWCLK. And I will recommend to connect nRST pin also (not necessary).
