PBIST execution time for TMS570LS31x/21x

Hi,

Please tell me PBIST execution time for TMS570LS31x/21x.

There is description of PBIST execution time in TRM of TMS570LS20x/10x (SPNU489C, page-195 Table6-3), but not in TRM of TMS570LS31x/21x (SPNU499).

Hi Brian,

Let me confirm.

Do you mean that we can calc execution time of PBIST for each memory from Table 4-25. PBIST RAM Grouping in LS31xx datasheet? (= test pattern cycle x test cycle period?)

Ikuo-san,

Note that the number of cycles specified do not include any overhead for loading the test pattern into the PBIST controller. So there will be some delta time in addition to that calculated by the formula you suggested.
