Does DMA MPU violation cause DMA BERA Interrupt also?

Hello Support,

Assuming ESM Group 1 is enabled for DMA MPU Error Interrupt.

Does DMA BERA Interrupt also occur when DMA MPU Interrupt occurs?

Assume DMA Memory Protection Access violation has occurred.

Under the above mentioned condition is it always expected to have DMA BERA Interrupt?

Pashan,

DMA BERA interrupt only happens when accessing invalid memory space. MPU error is just a access right violation. I would not expect to see a BERA interrupt for an MPU error.
