What is the maximum input current of the A-to-D high-voltage reference source for the RM48L952?

We received your post.  I can see where this could be confusing.  I believe that the max current required by the reference should be 6mA when both ADCs are converting and 3mA max when just one is converting.  And that the '952 datasheet needs to be updated to reflect this.  I am checking with the experts to confirm.

These are different parameters.

The ADC has it's own power rail, VCCAD,VSSAD which can be 5V or 3.3V nominally.

The operating current of the converter is ICCAD.

The reference circuit is an analog input, and the input current into this structure is spec'd by IADREFHI (worst case).
