unlocking JTAG

Hai amit

I tried with these two functions

HWREG(GPIO_PORTC_BASE+GPIO_O_LOCK) = GPIO_LOCK_KEY;

HWREG(GPIO_PORTC_BASE+GPIO_O_CR) |= (GPIO_PIN_0|GPIO_PIN_1|GPIO_PIN_2|GPIO_PIN_3);

By that i can't seeing values in the watch window.The code is not executing in the controller i did check with CRO .It goes into the fault ISR.

Then what can i do?
