Need details for SDRAM board fabrication

Hi

I am trying to get SDRAM board fabricated as given in the details of  TI website: http://www.ti.com/tool/TIDM-TM4C129XSDRAM.

I need details like Material(Specify clearly whether High Tg or Normal Tg), Impedance control (Yes/No) with tolerance , Copper finish (35 microns/70 microns/ any other), Min. Annular ring (mil), Board finish(Hot Air Leveled/ Electroless Ni-Au / Hard Gold / any other). These details are required by the PCB manufacturing team. Can anyone help me to get this data?
