Difference in Reset

Hey,

i am working in TMS570 LS, i need to know what is the difference between the CPU reset and system reset .

Hi Karthik,

System reset is a warm reset that pretty much reset the entire device except a few analog components. A CPU reset only reset the CPU and nothing else. A cold reset which is the power up reset will reset the entire device completely.
