In the spnu515b.pdf, I find the following registers for Flash Wrapper Module:

Flash Error Detection and Correction Status Register (FEDACSTATUS)

Flash Correctable Error Position Register (FCOR_ERR_POS)

Flash Correctable Error Address Register (FCOR_ERR_ADD)

Flash Correctable Error Count Register (FCOR_ERR_CNT)

I am unable to find similar register for Flash Wrapper Module within spnu563.pdf file.

Can you please help me understand how do I diagnose the ECC Error in Flash Wrapper for TMS570LC4357 device?

For the TMS570LC4357 the ECC error information is consolidated into the EPC.
See chapter 12 of SPNU563.

Can you please tell me how many registers are there for Uncorrectable Error Address Register in EPC for TMS570LC4355 device?

In spnu563.pdf, we have "n" as shown below:
Figure 12-9. Uncorrectable Error Address Register n (UERR_ADDR) (offset = 20h-24h)

Hello Anthony,

Question was what is the value of "n" for TMS570LC4355 device specifically?
From 0x20-0x24 means n=1 for TMS570LC4355 device?
spnu563.pdf is a generic manual for TMS570LC4x device family I suppose.
So, "n" will have different values for different devices within the same family.
Correct?
If yes, then how do I find out the exact value of "n" for any particular device part number.
That is the confusion.
I am assuming my question is clear now.

This is the only device within the family. Yes N= 1 if you count 0,1. There are 2 registers.

Hello Anthony,

There are at least 4 device I know:
TMS570LC4355
TMS570LC4357
TMS570LS4355
TMS570LS4357

So there are two registers:
One is at offset 0x20
and the other is at offset 0x24

Is the correct?
Also are there two registers at those offset for all the 4 device part numbers mentioned above?

Nope, only the TMS570LC4357 is available. Not sure where you've gotten the other part #s.
