Hi Hassan,
What interfaces does your PLC provide? The are various communication interfaces provided by the RM46. I think you may want to consider if UART and Ethernet interface are suitable for your application communicating with the PLC.

i need to send IMU data from RM46x to a Siemens soft PLC. I am already doing the UART communication.I think now its upto the PLC end to get the data.

Is this some Profibus gsd file? I think you will need to ask your PLC vendor for it.

Yes it is the Profibus gsd file.
PLC vendors asked if TI provide the gsd file for the mcu.
