We want to use the TM4C1294NCPDT to address RAM locations (20 bits). Does the General-Purpose Mode allow setting the 20 bits with a single instruction - all at once? I'm rather new to using the device. Thank you for your time and patience...

By 20 bits, I assume you mean a 20 bit data path. If so, then yes. You can have up to 24 bits of data with 4 address lines (16 different addresses).

If you mean a 20 bit address. Yes, the General purpose mode of the EPI will support 20 address lines with an 8-bit wide data path.
