Hello,

   Can anyone please give me a alternative part numbers for RM4 SERIES which is pin compatible and function compatible with TMS570LS1227 337 pin NFBGA Package ?

    Hello Suhail,

    You can consider the RM46x series of MCUs for your application. These are very compatible with some differences of course. e.g. you don't get a FlexRay interface on the RM46x. Also the RM46x are not automotive qualified and can only be used for applications that have ambient temperature range from -40C to 105C.

    You do need to compare the datasheets for identifying the other specific differences in functionality as well as electrical/timing specifications.

    Thank you Mr. Sunil, But we are facing some issue with TMS570 big endieness and little endieness, if we are going with Rm4 series for railways application what problem else we will face ?
