Can you help recommend a IC that could replace the LPC802M001JHI33E of NXP? The PIN to PIN one will be better. Thanks

  • Good luck finding a TI device that is pin-compatible with an NXP device.

  • Greetings,

The earlier arriving poster makes a good point - and as the absence of such recommendations reveals - this detailed search may have to be handled by you/your team.     Do note that few here have intimate knowledge of your existing device - it was good/helpful that you supplied a 'device link.'

Now - may I raise a concern?     Your existing MCU vendor produces tens of thousands such devices (as does this vendor) - thus their device proves most unlikely to 'Fail any legitimately designed & implemented test.'    (unless of course the device had been earlier abused via, Spec Violation, ESD etc.)

In contrast - nothing is known regarding your 'testing' - is it not more likely that your test is somehow improper?     (Long ago we were taught to (always) blame ourselves (or our methods) first - the device rarely & (only) last!)    It must be asked - "Is your group adequately experienced to develop such a test - and have proper ESD Safeguards been active - at all times - during your device's handling?"

As you already have that device - and it appears to have met your specification requirements - is it not best to, Re-examine your test methodology?    (Should you describe your test procedures (& objectives) here - you gain the advantage of many eyes & opinions in review.)     A Test Schematic - aided by a narrative & (even) photos - would go far to drive others to assist your test design & execution!     My small group believes this, 'Test of your testing' - proves (both) a more realistic (and fertile) path forward...

  • "In contrast - nothing is known regarding 'your testing'."

The anonymous user didn't even bother to say what was wrong.  The rest is commentary.

(Not sure why you use those single quotation marks everywhere ...)

  • And a 'Happy New Year' to you - as well.

Do you write and/or review Tech Contracts (fairly often) for a living?     Emphasis goes far to insure understanding - especially when 'fund creation/transfer and primarily young staff' demand (and much benefit) from such added focus & clarity.    Single quotes are becoming more prevalent in law & finance - again due to their ability to,'Capture the eye!'

My team is active w/in several forums - those single quotes serve to efficiently 'Tag' key points.     (are also 'monitored & counted' - which enables a measure of the 'tag's frequency'...)
