Will this errata also cause leakage current to flow from VDDIO to VREFHIx pins?

At steady state, without supplying any voltage to VREFHIx pins, I observed that VREFHIx voltage will rise to about 1.6V~1.8V range.

If the Micro is being reset (XRSn = LOW), VREFHIx pins voltage will drop to about 0.7V.

    No, their should not be any leakage current between VDDIO and VREFHIx.

    What is the value of ANAREFCTL.ANAREFSEL in steady state? Looks like you may have configured that to internal mode, hence the VREFHI value is supplied internally and reading ~1.65V.

  • hi, I have checked with my SW and SYS Engineers, their settings is correct. My col did isolate VREFHIx pin from other circuitry, VREFHIx pins did not see 1.65V at all. I think I would need to search harder. Somewhere is leaking currents to VREFHIx pins.
