Thank you for your response. Here is the feedback from the customer.
However, I don't think I have properly communicated my question.
TI uses the e peripherals (ePwm, eQep) in a few offererings
* The C2000 series of ucontrollers
* The OMAP-L137
* The TMS320C674x
* The TMS570LC4357-EP
This suggests that their design is portable as if it were VHDL IP modules.
Do such modules exist for license into a customer FPGA? If so what terms cost NDA, distribution limits?
