When I use 'TDSHVMTRINSPIN' inverter board, the 'F2806x ISO control card , Release 0.4' is burned

In more detail, I use 'TDSHVMTRINSPIN' inverter board for running 350W, 220V, 1.4A Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor.

And when I finish running motor successfully, I disconnect cables to finish my experiment.

The procedure like this,

1. I disconnect 220V AC power cable

2. I disconnect BS1 cable connected with BS5 by banana cable.

at this point, the control card emmiting flash and burned..

I guess the capacitor has some residual power, and that is the reason of this accident.

but, I'm not sure why this accident happened.

Any can help me to investigate the cause of this accident?

    Did you stop the motor and CCS when you disconnected the cable from BS1 to BS5? Is it possible that the controlCard may be damaged due to a high voltage line touched on it by mistake when you pull out the cable?

    You don't need to disconnect the cable for BS1 and BS5 when you power off the board.

    Thank you for your kind answer.
    There was another experiment, so I had to disconnect the BS1 and BS5 cables and create a new experiment environment.

    In the process of subtracting BS1, it doesn't seem to touch other circuits.

    The moment the cable was pulled out, overvoltage seems to have flowed.

    I just want to know the exact cause.

    Sorry, it's difficult to know the exact cause since there was no damaged controlCard before as you showed above. 

    You should make sure that there is no higher dc bus voltage than 15V when you try to change or take off the controlCard.

    Please take a look at the hardware guide before you use the kit.
