Hi Team,

Can TMS320F28069PZPS be drop in replaced by TMS320F28069PZT? 

Is the difference only on package?

    Charles,

    The only difference in the packages is that the PZ does not have the metal exposed on the underside of the die(Power Pad) to assist with heat dissipation  needed for the higher temps the "S" rating supports over the "T" rating.  If customer will keep the operation temp within the -40-105C of the "T" device then there is no issue using these interchangeably.
