TMDSCNCD28388D: LED Issue

Part Number: TMDSCNCD28388D

The Hardware quick setup of the control card mentions illumination of LED at position D3 but, their isn't any LED at D3 position and D5 gets illuminated. Can you let me know if it's behaving properly or board is having some issue.
