TMS320F28388D: How do we configure trigger source of IPC interrupt 0-3 ?

In TRM (spruii0c), we have a typo on number of IPC interrupts supported by C28x core.

Here is the correct statement:

With the C28x core, four of them (IPC0-IPC4) can be configured to generate IPC interrupts
on the remote CPU.

Suppose if you wish you trigger CPU2.IPC0 interrupt, you need to set IPCSET.IPC0 = 1from CPU1 side. You don't have anyother configuration bit to enable the interrupt functionality. Setting IPCFLG0 - IPCFLG3 will trigger corresponding IPC interrupt in remote CPU.

I would urge you to look into below IPC example in C2000Ware.

Where does the below figure show IPC0-7 can be connected to CIPC0-3?

I frankly don't see anything wrong with diagram. The problem was typo in "IPC Flags and Interrupts" section.

Point taken. I need to check whether I can change the number of blocks. If so, I shall correct this in next TRM release.
