Good Day. I have a customer who is working with DRV8302-HC-C2-KIT. Please see below for his query about the DRV8302-HC-C2-KIT. Thank you very much.

Regarding the position manager feature of DRV8302 control kit board.

Does the position manager support Hall sensor decoding for MTPA control of PMSM motor.

If hall sensor is supported by the DRV8302 board then what type of hall sensor is compatible, either digital or analog type hall sensor?

What does the board position manager support for precise positioning.

    The kit has an interface to digital hall sensors with pulse output, but the kit doesn't have any position manager to support Hall sensor or other sensors for MTPA control of PMSM motor directly, the user should add the related software codes for this.
