Hi,

i got a brand new Launchpad F280049C and tried to Connect it via CCS v10.3.1. I allways get this Error Message:

I tried to install an older EMU Pack as posted here https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000-microcontrollers-group/c2000/f/c2000-microcontrollers-forum/753823/faq-ccs-launchxl-f280049c-advisement-emupack-8-0-903-4-incompatible-with-launchxl-f280049c

But this was no solution.

I can programm, erase and read out all over Uniflash, but CCS always throw this Error. The Testoutput looks like this:

The explanation is:
The JTAG IR and DR scan-paths cannot circulate bits, they may be broken.
An attempt to scan the JTAG scan-path has failed.
The target's JTAG scan-path appears to be broken
with a stuck-at-ones or stuck-at-zero fault.
