CCSTUDIO-C2000: Hex output format --motorola -m=1 / 2 / 3 with F280049

Part Number: CCSTUDIO-C2000
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH

Hi Experts,

Could you please let me clarify whether F280049 supports Motorola hex format or not with C2000 hex utility?
I have set -memwidth=16 and -romwidth=16.
When --Motorola, -m=1 is selected from Output format in C2000 Hex Utility in CCS, CCS output warnings as follows:

Moreover, UniFlash also showed warnings below and the EVM does not work properly after programming.

On the other hand, if I selected --motorola -m=2 or 3, there was no error for CCS nor UniFlash.
The board worked correctly with .hex programmed by UniFlash.

I believe that m=2 means S2 24bit address and m=3 means S3 32bit address.
Could you please let me know why m=1 S1 16bit address did not work, however, m=2/3 worked?

Thank you for your kind support.
Best regards,
Hitoshi
